Your inputs
You keep the rights you have in prompts, product descriptions, measurements, photographs and other uploads. You promise that you own them or have permission to process and publish them for the requested use. Last updated: 21 July 2026.
Limited operating licence
You grant GARDNER CONSULTING LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, limited licence to host, copy, transform, transmit and display inputs only as reasonably needed to provide generation, safety screening, storage, review, download, support and security. The licence ends when the operational retention period ends, except for protected backups, legal records and content you intentionally publish.
Generated outputs
As between you and us, and to the extent the law permits rights in AI-generated material, you may use your generated plans, images, layouts and videos for lawful commercial listing purposes. Similar outputs may be generated for others, and we do not promise exclusivity, registrability or freedom from every third-party claim.
Accuracy and rights limits
Your licence does not authorise infringement, deceptive product alteration, false certification, impersonation or any use barred by the Acceptable Use Policy. You must check outputs against the real product and perform appropriate rights clearance before publication.
No customer-content training claim
We do not use customer product inputs or generated outputs to train AI models. Generation providers receive the minimum content required to return the requested output under processor terms. Public site imagery created for Shelfshot itself is not customer content.
Feedback and public sharing
If you voluntarily send product feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction to improve the service, without including confidential input content. We do not publish your product photos or listing outputs as promotional examples without separate permission.
Removal and contact
You can delete saved workspace content through available account controls or request deletion at support@gardnerconsultt.shop. We may remove content that infringes rights or breaches policy. Rights notices should identify the protected work, disputed material, authority to act and contact details.
