01

Scope

This policy covers online Shelfshot subscriptions purchased from GARDNER CONSULTING LTD. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Last updated: 21 July 2026.

02

Cancellation

You may cancel renewal through the secure billing portal or by contacting support@gardnerconsultt.shop. Cancellation applies at the end of the current paid term; access and remaining current-term allowance continue until then. Keep the cancellation confirmation.

03

Renewals and allowances

Monthly and yearly plans renew at the disclosed price until cancelled. Image allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. Unused allowance has no cash value and is not refundable solely because it was not used.

04

Generation concerns

Creative preference alone does not automatically qualify for a refund. Use truth corrections and regeneration first. If a persistent technical fault prevents generation or export, contact support with the date, action and task reference so we can investigate and restore delivery.

05

Refund requests

Send requests to support@gardnerconsultt.shop within 14 days of the charge and explain the billing or service issue. We assess duplicate charges, unauthorised charges, prolonged verified service failure and mandatory consumer cancellation rights individually. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank and payment-provider processing times vary.

06

Consumer rights and disputes

Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where you ask us to begin digital service during a statutory cancellation period, the available remedy may be reduced to reflect service already supplied where law permits. Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate promptly; this does not remove your right to use a provider’s dispute process.
