Agreement and eligibility
These terms form a contract between you and GARDNER CONSULTING LTD for the online Shelfshot software. By creating an account, using the workspace or purchasing a subscription, you accept these terms. Last updated: 21 July 2026.
You must be at least 18 to purchase. Users under 13 may not use the service; users aged 13–17 need parent or guardian permission.
The service
Shelfshot creates AI-assisted product-photography plans, listing images, detail-page layouts and short product videos. It is online-only software. We do not sell, ship, inspect or certify physical products; provide photography crews, installation or repair; or provide legal, financial, medical, safety or regulatory advice.
Product accuracy and channel rules
You are responsible for ensuring every image and claim accurately reflects the real product. Never publish an output that changes or misstates colour, material, dimensions, included quantity, accessories, function, origin, certification or condition.
Sales channels set their own rules for white backgrounds, borders, watermarks, promotional copy and AI disclosures. Check current official rules before publishing. Removal, penalties, buyer claims and compliance consequences arising from your listing remain your responsibility.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access to protect the service, users or third parties, investigate abuse or comply with law.
Subscriptions and billing
All prices are in USD. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over; they are not stored value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Taxes may be added where required.
Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues to the end of the paid term. Billing disputes and refunds follow the Refund / Cancellation Policy.
Your content and output
You keep rights you have in lawful inputs and generated outputs, subject to third-party rights and applicable law. You grant us a limited processing licence to operate the requested generation, storage, safety and export functions. The Content License provides the full boundary.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited use includes rights infringement, deceptive product alteration, false trust elements, unlawful goods, non-consensual personal imagery and attempts to bypass technical safeguards.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted generation, a particular creative result, marketplace acceptance, ranking or sales outcome. We may change reasonable technical limits and features, and will give notice of material subscription changes where required.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, the service is supplied on an as-available basis and you remain responsible for publication review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost sales, listing removal or buyer claims caused by unreviewed or inaccurate output. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Termination and law
You may stop using the service or cancel renewal. We may terminate for material breach, unlawful use or prolonged non-payment, with notice where practicable. Clauses that logically survive termination continue.
These terms are governed by England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes. Contact support@gardnerconsultt.shop first so we can try to resolve the issue.
